Refunds

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly.

Returns

Returns are not accepted on research products once shipped for safety and quality assurance reasons.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Problems

We will do our best to make sure you get your products. In the case of shipping error, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
