Who is this store intended for?
Pulse RX is intended for individuals and institutions conducting research who understand the care, responsibility, and boundaries required when working with research peptides.
What form do the peptides come in?
Most peptides are supplied in lyophilized (powder) form. Product pages include general format information but do not include instructions.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Orders are shipped in plain packaging without reference to product contents.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If there’s an issue with delivery, please contact support with your order number and we’ll assist with carrier follow-up.

We cannot advise customers about any part of the research process, and assume that all researchers have the requisite knowledge and expertise to safely conduct their experiments and properly handle research-grade compounds.
Store Refunds & Returns
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on research products. All our products are sourced from reputable manufacturers with established safety and quality records.
We stand firmly behind the integrity of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issue or have concerns regarding a product you’ve received, please contact our support team — we’ll be happy to assist and ensure your concerns are properly addressed.
Refunds
In the event that you are not satisfied with the research product you purchase, you may contact our care team to discuss the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for purity or fill weight unless 3rd party test results are presented showing that the product is either 95% underweight or the purity is under 98%. Upon submission of these 3rd party test results, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping/Delivery Issues
We ship all products using USPS Ground unless otherwise requested during order submission. Shipments are picked up between 10am-2pm each weekday, and usually arrive within 3 business days, although it may take up to 10 business days to arrive due to recent ongoing carrier delays.
Tracking information is provided upon shipment, and automatically sent to customer’s email address. Tracking should be followed to ensure safe and secure delivery of your product.
We are not responsible for stolen or redirected packages. We encourage all customers to use a secure lockbox or a drop box for package delivery to ensure safety of purchased items.
In the event your package is lost, we can utilize shipment insurance to generate a refund or re-ship your product.
Please note that shipping delays do happen, and we have no control over the shipping process once the order leaves our warehouse,
While we understand it is frustrating for your order to get delayed, please be patient. The vast majority of packages that are delayed in transit do ultimately get delivered.
Our policy is to wait 10 business days before reshipping an order or offering a refund. We have found this to be the most equitable policy.
We are not able to authorize re-shipments or refunds for packages with tracking info that states “delivered.” This includes packages delivered to an incorrect address or to a common area in an apartment building. Customers should contact the carrier to inquire about the package delivery prior to reaching out to us for assistance.
