Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

pulseRX does not guarantee specific delivery dates once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking information will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery.

If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the shipping carrier. pulseRX is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

pulseRX is not responsible for lost shipments, delays, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check your tracking information for the most up-to-date status.

If your package appears lost or has not moved for an extended period, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first.

If you need additional assistance, you may contact us and we will review the situation and assist where possible.
